We always remember the importance of wearing our helmets and high vis jackets to keep us safe. Look at the slide show of Junior Infants having fun on the balance bikes.

Operation Transformation
We have been getting fit and healthy in school and at home as part of Operation Transformation. We have been doing fun exercises in the morning before the bell rings for class and getting fit and active at the end of each break time. In the classroom we have special DEAR Time (Drop Everything And Run). Everyone has an activity card to take home and record activities that we do outside school time and parents get to take part too. Teacher gives us a star for each day we get active at home. Nutrition expert Michaela Dee came in to talk to us about eating healthy food. She told us about all the lovely healthy foods we can put in our lunch boxes.
